Putin and Netanyahu discuss Iran and Syria in Moscow (video)
BEIRUT, LEBANON (7:45 A.M.) – Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Moscow on Wednesday ahead of bilateral talks between the two leaders.
Netanyahu congratulated Putin on “very successful World Cup” and praised the cooperation between two nations in the Middle East.
After the meeting the leaders discussed bilateral cooperation as well as the Palestinian-Israeli settlement, Iran and the situation in Syria.
During his visit to Russia, the Israeli PM is expected to attend the World Cup semi-final match between England and Croatia at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium on Wednesday.
